Will these Goggles Make Me Swim Faster?

Nope. Not really.

But they will help me swim more often. And that’s what actually matters.

These goggles are a simple tool, but they support the real goal: staying consistent with my habit of swimming four times per week.

Can I swim without them? Sure.

But on those days; when I’m tired, distracted, or just not feelin’ it, missing goggles becomes

a perfect reason to skip.

"I can't find my goggles" feels a lot heavier when motivation is already low.

That’s why investing in tools like these matters. Not because they make you better instantly, but because they help you do the thing you said you would do.

We wait around for motivation to show up like it’s a houseguest that’s going to knock on the door and sweep us off our feet.

Spoiler: it rarely does.

Instead, build a structure that doesn’t rely on motivation to get you moving. Here are a few ideas for that:

·         Partner with someone who’ll check in and help keep you on track.

·         Use the tools that remove friction and make the habit easier to start.

·         Post your “why” somewhere visible. It matters more than you think.

·         Work with a coach who can help you build sustainable progress strategies.

Consistency doesn’t come from willpower alone. It comes from setting yourself up with what you need to follow through, especially on the days you aren’t “feelin’ it”.

QUESTIONS FOR YOU:

What’s your version of the goggles?

What small investment keeps you consistent when motivation fades?

If you're ready to stop relying on motivation alone, I'd love to help you build habits that last.
