How to tap into your strengths and create strategies for those style muscle that are not as strong; causing roadblocks or de-railers in relationships or goal achievement. This assessment reveals how a person is likely to act in various situations, offering practical insights to improve communication. With this assessment and 90-minute 1:1 debrief session you will identify a plan to use your unique DISC style to gain awareness, build confidence in navigating how you show up in the world as well as understanding others.
